If your open to new experiences. You may like to try the black bean burger . This place is open later and has good food. This is a judgement free zone. I enjoyed the staff. I enjoyed a mocktail coactail. Its called a mingle and it made me happy because it was for us virgin drink lovers. Please start asking for virgin drinks. Its okay to go out enjoy a sober night on the town. Be blessed.

So my child has been SO looking forward to turning 21. Nothing to do with being the age to legally drink. She just wanted to visit The Vortex. I was worried that I over-hyped it, as I've been coming here for years and love it. Turns out that wasn't the case. This place is just as amazing now as it was 20 years ago. Look, I am not a burger fan. Never have been. HOWEVER. These Vortex burgers are something special. Indescribably good. Maybe they put crack in their ground beef. No idea. I had the patty melt, the kid had the Four Horsemen. My patty melt was the stuff that dreams are made of. Like seriously. The kids burger was equally heavenly. Our server was perfect. We never wanted for anything whatsoever. Anywho, I am a sucker for the eclectic. The "stuff" in The Vortex is worth the visit alone. Trust me on this. Parking: well, try to hit it on a random weekday. Otherwise, may the odds be ever in your favor. Suffice it to say....I recommend this place and can't wait to go back.

I came here after having a terrible day, and the energetic atmosphere immediately lifted my spirits. I got the House Salad with the Black Bean Burger Patty, and that patty is honestly one of the best I’ve had when eating out. We also ordered the Fried Cheesecake, which was good as well. Service was wonderful - they accidentally spilled dressing on me and ended up giving me a free t-shirt as a result. Would totally return with a group of friends!

When i tell you they served me the BEST burger of my life, it is no exaggeration!! I've always wanted to eat here, so we did. It started with the muthercluckin chicken rolls with jalapeno ranch. Oh my goodness they were gone in seconds! My husband got a classic burger (he judges all restaurants by this) and I ordered the Ka'mana Wa'na Lei'ya burger with funnel cake fries and very berry sauce. My burger was the perfect medium well. The chipotle crema and pineapple jalapeno relish was amazing!!!! The funnel cake fries were the perfect end to the meal, especially the very berry sauce!!! My husband's burger was so awesome that he didn't have to add anything, not even ketchup!! The server was phenomenal, and the atmosphere was vibing, even for a Sunday night. Check it out and share the love!!

On of the best burgers I’ve ever tried. This place is already known for its over the top burgers, but the Pickle Rick Burger and Funnel Cake Fries elevate it to another level. Whether you’re a local or just visiting Atlanta, it is a must-stop if you want to experience fun, flavorful food in a dark, funky setting. Don’t miss out!
